In her 34 years in the industry, Hema Gollamudi has worked in multinationals and startups and is now an entrepreneur, investor and writer. She has honed her software development and project and program management skills in over 20 years of experience in the organizations Siemens, Verifone, Hewlett Packard and Microsoft across partners and clients in USA, Europe, Asia and India. She has valuable experience in software development, services, operations, testing, transitioning, maintenance, quality, project, people management and delivery and has made product developments and deployments for major customers.
In her entrepreneurial stint she built organizations and back office/BPO operations from ground up for her own and for other VC funded startups. She is now an angel investor and mentor involved with multiple startups and their journeys. She is also a writer, having published fiction and academic books. Hema Gollamudi has a Bachelors in Mathematics Honours and a Masters in Computer Applications from the University of Delhi. She has also done an Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore.
Arun Divakaran is an internationally experienced creative and pragmatic IT leader with over 1.5 decades of stellar track record in leading people, driving transformational change, implementing data strategies and delivering business value in complex business environments across multiple geographic locations. He is a passionate Corporate Trainer, having led over 725 workshops in India and abroad on various technology and transformative skills. Arun is well known for his Innovative & Creative flavors to the programs he has orchestrated and carries an excellent track record in coaching and mentoring the corporates. He authored a book titled “Creati-Witty” that evangelizes creativeness in teaching and is on a mission to transform the teaching fraternity into impact makers. As a social worker, he loves to mentor the youth of today in channelizing their vibrant energy into value additions to the society. His in-person workshops are fuelled by new-age modernized approaches with a touch of ancient practices that triggers a completely new perspective of looking at life.
A Systems thinker, Problem solver, and a Project Management Consultant by profession; Sujith Kattathara Bhaskaran brings to the table more than 34 years of Industry experience, 25 years in the Project Management practice, and 15 years experience in the PMO/ Portfolio management space.
He has varied experiences in various International locations in USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, working with large corporates such as IBM, Tata Consultancy Services, Boeing International, etc, leading large teams on high-complexity projects and programs, as well as an independent Consultant on IT Strategy assignments.
Sujith holds a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Kerala University.
